Enjoy your meal with 🥩 “Tocà da Boia” and 🧀 “Tocà da formai”, two typical Agordo recipes! 😋


2 lean local sausages (or cheese)
250g of yellow flour
1lt of water
1 knob of butter
Salt and pepper


Boil the water for the polenta, pour a couple of handfuls of yellow flour into it, let it cook for two minutes, and then put some of this water in a saucepan.

Add the sausages cut into pieces and cook slowly for about 40 minutes.

Put a knob of butter, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy while hot!

For the “Tocà da formai”, follow the same procedure, adding the cheese instead of the sausages, with a spoonful of milk and the butter.
