🤔 What are we having tonight ?! 🌽 Polenta and 🧀 Schiz!


Schiz (about two medium slices per person)
150g of butter
1/2lt of milk
Salt and pepper


First, prepare the polenta with about 2 liters of water per 500g of cornflour and cook for an hour while mixing. Meanwhile, season the Schiz with salt and pepper, brown the butter and place the slices in the pan. Brown until you obtain a crunchy crust on both sides. Add the milk and cook for a few more minutes.
When the polenta is ready, cut it into slices and serve it hot with the Schiz! 🍽️🤩🤗 Bon appetit!
