Tonight we prepare... 🥗 Capus Sofegai (sautéed cabbage)!

Many gardens have always had a small space dedicated to cabbages, often cut into strips and then cooked to be enjoyed as a side dish together with polenta, “pastim”, fried cheese…

Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • Broth
  •
Oil, salt, pepper

Preparation

Brown the onion in a pan with plenty of oil, add the finely chopped cabbage, and season with salt and pepper. If you want, you can add a juniper berry.
Cover with broth and cook for about an hour.
To obtain an even more delicious dish, you can add “pastim” or sausage halfway through cooking.
Enjoy your meal!
