The Al Forte resort is located in the Dolomites, in the municipality of Taibon Agordino, at the foot of the first Pala di S. Lucano and with a beautiful view of the Agner. From the Conca Agordina in which we are located, you can see other majestic and enchanting mountains of the Dolomites, the Monti del Sole, the Tamer-S. Sebastiano, the Moiazza, and, further north, the Civetta and the Marmolada.
It is 33 km from Belluno, 54 km from Cortina d’Ampezzo, 119 km from Treviso airport, and 129 km from Venice Marco Polo airport.
In about 20 minutes by car, you can reach Falcade and Alleghe for skiing in the winter and for beautiful excursions in the summer. In 40 minutes, you arrive at the Marmolada and in 50 minutes in Arabba; from here, you can access various Dolomite passes.
The Dolomites are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can enjoy breathtaking landscapes, wonderful lakes with crystal clear waters, peaks with spectacular colors at dawn but especially at sunset, when this rock takes on a color ranging from pink to fiery red: it is the phenomenon of the so-called “enrosadira“.
A tour in the surroundings
You can take beautiful walks on more or less long paths, flat or uphill, visiting the beautiful valley of S. Lucano, the area of the Forte, and the beautiful Val Corpassa, which gives access to the marvelous Val Civetta.
